Top 15 (All Time) Favorite Books

I tried really hard to cut this list. At first, I wanted to make it a top five. Then I realized that was impossible. I listed all the books I wanted to include, and I had 18. I decided 18 was too many but that 15 would be okay... so here you have it: Janelle's 15 Favorite Books of All Time.

Without further adieu, I present you with, in ALPHABETICAL order (because honestly, do you *THINK* I could actually rank them? It was difficult enough to narrow this list down to only 15):

**Please note that as you browse through, you may click on the image of the book to be taken to the Goodreads page for that book. All books are linked, so if you're interested, click away!

So tell me:

What is your #1 FAVORITE book ever?
Do you have a favorite author?
Which is your favorite from my list?
What book should I read next?

  2. Great choices! I'll have to check a bunch of these out. I loved The Kite Runner! I don't get to read for pleasure much these days... but one of my favorite books was Life by Keith Richards. I also love historical biographies and whatnot like 1776. I'm a big nerd. : )

  3. We have such similar tastes in books! I love a lot of these and feel like I need to read the ones I didn't recognize. I was thumbing through my People magazine and saw they are making a film starring Shailene Woodley based on a Veronica Roth novel, and people are already talking about it being the next Hunger Games. I wonder if it's Divergent!

  4. I LOOOOVE Jodi Picoult! She's my favorite - The Storyteller had me thinking about it for so long afterwards, I had just gotten done with an Ethics class so I had all that information to deal with too haha. The Book Thief is one of my favorites too!
I've heard so much about Divergent and 13 Reasons Why -- I'll have to read them soon!

  6. I loved the Help too! It was such a great book. Skeeter is such a great role model.
I have been wanting to read Tuesdays with Morrie. I read the Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom and loved it so much I went and bought all of his books.

So glad you posted this list!

  11. I LOVE this post!!! I'm always looking for new books to read, and I'll definitely be giving a few of these a try! Also, I love that you put the list in alphabetical order - I somewhat obsessively alphabetize everything. It might drive my husband a little crazy, haha :)

    1. I'm so glad you loved it! :) Hahaha! Yes! I definitely have a habit of alphabetizing things... but luckily my fiancé is just as bad as me (actually worse) when it comes to OCD behaviors, so it's all good! :)
